About Ashleie elaine inc.

Ashleie Elaine Inc. (AEI) is a governing equity-centered systems redesign firm specializing in maternal and child health, early childhood systems, and equity-centered program design.

AEI was founded on a clear principle: sustainable systems change cannot occur without an embodied understanding of lived experience. Programs often address surface needs while leadership remains burned out and root causes remain untouched. AEI exists to close that gap.

Built on more than 20 years of experience working with children, families, and cross-sector systems — from frontline support to systems-level collaboration — AEI designs and governs equity-centered systems using narrative data, public health methodology, and implementation science to translate lived experience into durable structural change.

our Approach

  • Design and refine maternal and child health initiatives

  • Strengthen early childhood systems

  • Translate qualitative insight into structured implementation

  • Build feedback loops that are both dignified and data-driven

What began in 2021 as a healing-centered initiative supporting social workers and public health professionals has evolved into a systems-informed consulting firm working alongside organizations to:

AEI operates through our Regulation - Clarity - Strategy - Legacy (RCSL) Equity Implementation Framework, ensuring equity in child health and that racial disparities are not only identified but also structurally reduced.

We believe lived experience is data — and that data becomes actionable only when people feel safe enough to tell the truth.
