Release and Rise, is an interactive workbook on Body Resilience. The stories of our lives stories and experiences not only reside in our brain memory, but within our body tissue and behaviors. Release and Rise provides space for individuals to go step by step, through each energy center and focus on healing the internal and external places that arise daily. Here you will also learn how to create your own Sādhanā (home practice). This Workbook can be utilized once, twice, three time or more! everyday is a new learning experience of ourselves, those around us and our environment. for you to Rise, you must first RELEASE!
Release and Rise has 7 series, each linked to one of the 7 Chakras ( energy centers) found within the body. The first release is the Root Chakra, Muladhara. The goal of the Root Chakra Workbook is to guide the participant through the work of discovering what their behaviors are rooted in. Once you know and understand where your emotions and linked actions are rooted, then you can create space for yourself to surrender and allow healing and change to take place. You will also learn grounding, meditation and yoga practices that are easy to utilize at home.
