Dear Me, I Love You! is our Self Love workshop for tweens and teens! We pride our workshops in creating a sacred Space for this population to identify who they are, accept who they were created to be and to love that person inside and out. Our workshops consist of various topics to assist Tweens and Teens on what this journey looks like. Dear Me, I love You! workshops focus on creating positive body awareness, why it is important to love yourself, what's feeding your thoughts, what metacognition and internal introspection looks likes practice and how to cope with the challenges of society's expectations. Each workshop session begins and ends with a meditation and breathing exercises, a Trauma Sensitive Yoga practice, journaling space as well as open discussion.
By the end of the Yogi and yogini's participation in Dear Me, I love You! workshops, they will have gained more understanding of their self care, self love and self awareness that will confidently allow them to live their best life!

This workshop is an introduction workshop on Dear Me, I love you. Here, students will learn why it is important to love and care for yourself. We can't pour into others without making sure we're pouring from a full place!
In this Workshop, 'What are You Feeding Me?", discusses the need for building self awareness in what's being fed to you ( what you hear and see) and what you feed yourself (what you tell yourself and how it aligns with who you are.
This workshop bring awareness and assessment discussion and strategies to students to understanding their behaviors in the presence of who they choose to surround themselves with. By the end of the session, they will be able to ask the question " who am I when I am around this person?"
This workshop is a break down of breaking down our thoughts and how they translate into our behaviors. What you think, you become; So let's keep it positive!
Each workshop is an hour and 30 minutes long. There is a dedicated breathing exercise and meditation moment in the beginning and a yoga practice at the end to compliment the topic and discussions.
